"Two thumbs up! AMAZING. We rushed our fur baby to their office for first time a hour before they closed. The receptionist acknowledged my baby by name and had a room waiting for her, they took the time to make sure we all felt comfortable! (in complete honesty, I was a mess and my cat was nervous ) after that They, jumped right into action. Even though my Cleo is typically shy they made her feel extremely comfortable & even Ate a treat out of her hand. We left with everything we needed and instructions that were given were very detailed. they were patient, kind, gentle and my Cleo slept so good for the first time in about a week."
